Late Cancellations​
Just Let Us Know
In order to maintain the highest quality experience for all of our clients, we enforce a 50% service charge for all appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment online or by phone more than 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals

If you are running a little late please give us a call. If you will be more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment and there will be a rescheduling fee of $25. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to helping you achieve your beauty goals.
Custom Color Policy
At MeKer Beautique, every custom color service is crafted with precision and care. To ensure premium results, the following terms apply to all custom-colored extensions:
72-Hour Review
Clients have 72 hours (3 business days) from pickup, delivery, or install to review their extensions and report any tone or blending concerns.
After this window, all color sales are final — no refunds, exchanges, or corrections.
Process & Deposit
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before any color work begins.
• A preview photo or in-person look will be provided for approval before packaging.
• Once approved, extensions are considered finalized and ready for install.
Adjustments
Minor tone adjustments may be offered once within 72 hours, at the colorist’s discretion.
Any changes requested after that will be treated as a new service.
Color Guarantee
We can only guarantee results on MeKer Hair Extensions.
Other brands may be pre-processed or previously colored, which can affect color performance.
We do not guarantee tone, longevity, or color accuracy on non-MeKer hair.
